What Makes Strong Body CrossFit Different?

Strong Body Fitness is THE gym in far Northwest Houston. Located in the heart of Fairfield we cater to those seeking something different from their gym. We offer CrossFit, Boot Camp, and personal training. Beyond our programs you will find a vibrant community of individuals and coaches that will guide you to a healthier you. We will hold you accountable and encourage you throughout your fitness journey. You will never suffer from workout boredom! We cater to anyone with a passion for fitness and a desire to be a part of an amazing community of enthusiastic individuals. Our members come from all walks of life and all fitness levels. To get started all you have to do is have the desire to improve yourself. At Strong Body you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved.

All your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in your sport and in day-to-day life so the results you achieve in your training program carry over to everything you do. Our training programs aim to improve your performance and maximize your results quicker than any other training program out there… Guaranteed!
