Two weeks to go before Murph!

 

Day 1:

 

8x400m Run

Rest 2 min between each effort.

 

Pacing should be around your 800m pace. Total distance covered is 3200m or 2 miles, the same distance for Murph. Goal is to improve your Murph mile pace.

 

Day 2:

 

1 mile run

2000m row

1 mile run
