Mobility/Activation: x 3 rounds

10 kb RDL

10 scapula push ups

:20 hollow hang on pull up bar

 

Strength: double kb deadlift + farmer walk

 

Set 1: 5 deadlifts + 25ft walk + 5 deadlifts + 25ft walk

Set 2: 7 deadlifts + 50ft walk + 7 deadlifts + 50ft walk

Set 3: 9 deadlifts + 100ft walk + 9 deadlifts

 

*all sets should be attempted to be done without breaking the grip (i.e. dropping during the carry or re-gripping between deadlifts)

 

Conditioning:

With Partner (you go/I go)

10x400m row (5 each)

Immediately into

10x200m row (5 each)

 

***first set of rows should be at 1k pace, second set of rows should be 500m sprint pace***
