Strength: SB/MB Carry

(Coach Goes over SB/MB carry technique for 3-5 minutes)

 

Strongman Medley: Four Rounds

  1. 120ft Backwards Sled Drag (200-250 for men/135-180 for women)
  2. 120ft SB or Heavy MB Carry (150 for men, 80-100 for women, *scale as needed)
  3. Rest 3-4 minutes between rounds (goal is sub 90 seconds to complete medley per round)

 

Conditioning:
