Mobility/Activation (3-5x through)

  1. Hip Flexor Stretch: 30 seconds/side
  2. Banded Facepulls: 12-15

Strength: Warm Up as Needed with

1-3 sets of 3-5 loads over a bar in the rack (48in for women, 52 for men), then go for one set of max reps in 90 seconds. After all athletes have loaded, do 1 to 2 max distance sandbag or D-Ball carry (turns at 50ft)
