Mobility/Activation: 2 rounds w/ dowel 1 round w/ empty bar
5 snatch balance
5 snatch from the hips

Strength: Hip Snatch

10:00 to work on performing a full snatch from the hip/power position. Lift starts with a snatch grip deadlift, then using only a dip/drive with the bar in the hips practice turnover and receiving positions of the snatch. Weights should not exceed 70% of OHS or snatch.

Conditioning: AMRAP in 12:00

with an empty bar

20 OH Lunges (10/leg) in place
15 Back Squats
10 burpees
