Mobility/Activation: 3 rounds of

  1. 10 pass throughs with pvc
  2. 5 OHS with pvc
  3. :30 bottom squat w/ pole assistance

 

Strength: Overhead Squat

 

15:00 to find a heavy single overhead squat. Ensure that this weight can be squatted to depth and controlled. We will use this number going forward as a basis for snatch balance.

 

Conditioning: AMRAP in 12:00

 

9 double kb or db deadlifts

6 burpees

3 double kb or db power cleans

 

F: 2 x 30+ / 2 x 15+

P: 2 x 40+ / 2 x 25+

C: 2 x 55+ / 2 x 35+

 

*if you are using db only one end of the db must touch the floor
