Mobility/Activation: 3 rounds of

 

  1. 5 plate or kb front raises from bottom squat
  2. 10 pass throughs w/ pvc or dowel
  3. 5 overhead squats w/ pvc or dowel

 

Strength: Intro to Overhead Squat

 

10:00 to practice technique and position work for overhead squat. DO NOT use a weight above the empty bar if you cannot squat to depth.

 

Conditioning:

30m- Single Arm Overhead DB Lunges

8- Ring Dips

F: 20/15, banded

P: 35/20, kipping

C: 50/35, strict
