Monday Mobility/Activation:

a. 10 each med ball chest pass w/ partner

b. 20 band pull aparts

c. 5 empty bar strict press w/ pause of top Strength:

Strict Press 8 rep max, then 80% of 8RM x 2 sets of 6 -take 3 to 4 sets of 8 to establish an 8RM. Reps should move constantly but avoid bouncing the bar off the chest and shoulders at the bottom.

Conditioning

2 rounds of:

30 reps of kettlebell swing (american)

30 reps of burpee

30 reps of kettlebell swing (american)

30 reps of push-up
