  1. 1 min assault bike
  2. 1 min bottom squat position hold w/ pole
  3. 5 goblet squats @ 33X1

 

Strength: Back Squat

Warm Ups: 50% x 3 60% x 3 70% x 3

Working Sets: 80% x 3 85% x 2 90% x 1

*take 1 additional single heavier than 90% to be used as a

baseline for the next few weeks. (RPE 10)

 

Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

50ft Bear Crawl Sandbag Drag
