  2. 10 scapula push ups + 5 plank push ups
  3. lax ball to pec minor w/ arm rotations 1:00 / side

 

Strength: Intro to Bench Press

 

  1. 10:00 to cover positions/technique for bench press.

 

  1. 5 sets of 5 at a moderate weight

 

Conditioning:

 

AMRAP 14min

 

10 single arm KB deadlift

20 single arm KB swing

3 KB snatch (does not have to touch the floor each time)

200m Run
