Mobility/Activation: 2 rounds of

  1. 15m banded monster walk
  2. 30s bottom squat hold w/ pole
  3. 20/leg terminal knee extension w/ band

Strength: Back Squat

Warm Ups: 40% x 6 50% x 6

Working Sets: 65% x 8 x 3 sets

*if you are unsure of you max use sets by feel. RPE is 6-7 (you

could achieve 3 to 4 more reps at this weight if needed)

 

Conditioning:

4 rounds of:

1 minute of alternating kettlebell snatches

1 minute of sit-ups

1 minute of lunges

C: 55/45

P: 45/35

F: 35/25
