  2. 15 banded face pulls
  3. 5 empty bar strict press

 

Strength: 15:00 to find a new 1RM in the strict press

 

*press must be initiated with the arms and shoulders. no dip/drive or assistance from the legs is allowed.

Notes: Squats cleans should be heavy and push athletes.  Squats cleans should be around 85-90% of athletes max.
