Teams of 2, AMRAP 25:

9 Front Squats (115/85)

7 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)

5 Bar Muscle-Ups

200m Sandbag run

Rx: as written

P: 95/75 chest to bar pull-ups 

F: 75/55 jumping pull-ups 

(Alternate movements! One athlete works solely on one movement, and then alternate next round, but both run together holding sandbag however your want, one sandbag per team.
