At Strong Body you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. All your workouts start with a Mobility and Activation portion to warm up the body and make sure it is ready for work. Our strength training compromised of barbell and dumbbell exercises comes next. A “WOD” or Metcon will get the heart rate up and condition the body! Each class ends with a recovery portion.
Boot Camp is catered to those wanting a great work out that focuses on movements more simplistic in nature. We utilize kettlebells, free weights, body weight and medballs to elicit the same great response to gain strength, mobility, endurance and conditioning.
Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. The class will focus on those three lifts as well as a host of accessory lifts to increase your overall strength and power. This class is great for anyone looking to utilize a strength specific workout. We encourage EVERYONE to add this to their weekly routine!
CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.
