Mobility/Activation: coach’s choice

 

Strength/Conditioning:

 

0-5 mins to establish a max weight thruster taken from the floor. The barbell must move continuously from the squat to the overhead position.

 

5:00 – 15:00 AMRAP

 

20 wall ball shots (20/14)

15 box jumps (24”/20”)

10 deadlifts w/ max thruster weight

 

After Party: 3 x 15 yard alligator walk or low bear crawl
