Mobility/Activation:

 

Rowing Pick Drill

Followed by a nice and easy 250m row

Rest 1 min

Then very hard 100m Row

 

Conditioning: w/partner (you go, I go)

Max effort 500m row (each partner)

Rest 3 min after P2 finishes

Max effort 600m run (each partner)

Rest 3 min after P2 finishes

Max effort 50/40 cal assault bike (each partner)

***This is a max effort sprint challenge. The goal is to push the pace at 95-100% capacity every time you are performing. You will have plenty of rest to do so. The ending assault bike sprint is to see what you can gut out when you are spent. Your rest periods should not seem long enough if you are pushing at redline.***
