F: 35/25, hanging knee raise

P: 55/45, knees to elbow

C: 70/55, toes to bar

 

Coach’s Notes- Today’s goal is to set a good pace on your run so you can start chipping away at the reps as soon as you come back into box. Give it all you got on the 2nd run.
