Skill: Toes to Bar

F: t2b technique with coach
P: Accumulate 50 total toes to bar or knees to elbow
C: 3 x 15 unbroken reps with 1 min rest

Conditioning:
5 Rounds for Time:
20 Double Unders
10 Deadlifts
5 HSPU

F: Singles x3, 95/65, 2 Wall Walks
P: Singles x3, 115/85, 1 Ab Mat
C: DU, 135/105, HSPU

WOD NOTES: This Wod is all about pacing. Don’t empty the tank in the first couple of rounds! Use quality reps for the HSPU’s.
