Conditioning:

100 Cal Assault Bike or Row

Ever 3 Minutes complete the following:

1 Rope Climb

2 Tire Flips

3 Burpees

Then, continue rowing/biking for another 3:00. Repeat until 100 Calories have been reached, or time cap.
