5 min of full body coach led foam rolling

Ido portal Squat Clinic Routine

 

Strength/Skill:

Rope climbs

10-12 min of coach led instruction and skill work on rope climbs

Learn technique of the pinch method and Spanish twist

 

Conditioning:

 

For time:

150 wall balls

Every break in wall balls the athlete must run 400m and perform 20 db snatches before resuming the wall balls

 

C: 20/14, 50/35

P: same as above except athlete will only run 200m on each break

F: 100 wall balls, 200m run, 40/30
