Mobility/Activation:

5:00 of Kettlebell Movement

Perform 10 reps of any kettlebell movement, then switch to another.

KB cannot be put down to rest.

Strength:

 

In groups of 3:

Heavy Ball OTS x4

Heavy Ball Chest Walk x 50ft

Then,

Heavy Ball OTS x3

Heavy Ball Chest Walk x 100ft

Then,

Heavy Ball OTS x2

Heavy Ball Chest Walk x150ft Walk

*5 Burpee penalty for every ball drop during the walks. Performed by each group member.
