Mobility/Activation: coach’s choice from running

Endurance: 1 mile run for time

Conditioning:
15:00 AMRAP
25 Double Unders
15 Ab Mat Sit Ups
5 Handstand Push Ups

F: x2 Single Unders, 5 Inch Worms
P: Double Unders, 1 Ab Mat
C: Double Unders, HSPU

 

*Wod Notes- A high volume day after a 1 mile run for endurance. Pace from the beginning of the WOD so that you can stay moving the entire 15:00. This is a good work out to practice your skill work since the rep scheme is smaller.
