Mobility/Activation: full body foam roll

P: accumulate 50 double unders

C: 3 x 30+ unbroken sets

 

Conditioning:

 

EMOM 16 min
Min 1: 15/12 cal on rower

Min 2: 15 wall balls

Min 3: 15 Box Jumps

Min 4: Rest

 

Scaled:14/10, 20/16 inch

Rx: 20/14, 24/20 inch

 

Coaches’ Notes: With the addition of another rower we can now start to program some rowing in the WODs. Athletes are going to have to push pretty hard to get 15/12 cals in a min.
