Mobility/Activation:

 

***Continuous motion for 3 min***

 

10 banded shoulder pass throughs

10 banded face pulls (a separate band should already be setup on the rig)

10 band pull aparts

 

***Continuous motion for 3 min***

 

Skill: 12 min of HSPU practice

Kipping and strict technique instruction

3 sets max effort HSPU (should be able to do sets of 8+ at least) or

3 sets of 4 wall walks or

Accumulate 1 min in a hand stand hold

 

Conditioning:

 

***make sure athletes get some lower extremity warmup in before starting the workout***

 

For time:

100 double unders

50 wall balls

25 C2b pull ups

50 wall balls

100 double unders

 

C: double unders, 20/14, c2b

P:  double unders, 20/14, regular pull ups

F: 2x single unders, 14/10, assisted pull ups
