Conditioning: 2 rounds for time

 

30 burpee box jumps

5 deadlifts

30 abmat sit ups

5 deadlifts

Coach’s Notes: warm up adequately for the deadlift taking 4 or 5 warm up sets to reach the working weight. Do the deadlifts as singles if you cannot lower the bar back safely. Quick times will be possible by those who can move quickly through the burpee box jumps.
