Strength: Snatch 5-4-3-2-1

Sets of Singles (rest between reps as needed)

 

Conditioning:

15 OHS, 15 Sit Ups for time

12 OHS, 30 Sit Ups for time

10 OHS, 45 Sit Ups for time

*Use 60% of Heavy Snatch Single from strength work

**Rest 1:00 before moving onto the next metcon
