1 round of “DT”

 

Cindy round = 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 air squats

DT round = 12 deadlifts 9 hang power cleans 6 push jerks

 

F: assisted pull ups or push ups; 95/65

P: assisted pull ups or push ups; 115/85

C: standards for Cindy; 155/105 for DT
