  1. 50ft high knees
  2. 50ft walking hamstring scoops
  • 50ft spiderman lunges

Strength/Skill: Double Unders

5:00 coaching clinic on double unders, then

C: 2 sets of 5-10-15-20-25 unbroken, if you miss go back down to last set made unbroken

P: 10 sets of 3-5 double unders

F: focus on getting 1 double under (coach will help)

 

Conditioning:

20 cal row

60 Double Unders

20 push ups (not hand release)

 

C: double unders, push ups

P: 2x singles, push ups

F: 2x singles, assisted push ups
