Mobility/Activaton:

2 rounds of

10 cat/cow

30 sec high plank hold

Half kneeling kb bottoms up press 10 reps each arm

30 band pull aparts

Strength:

Work up to 1RM wide grip bench press (this should be significantly wider than your normal grip)

Then 80% of 1RM,

2 sets of 5 reps

1 AMRAP set  

10 bent over DB reverse fly between every single set of bench press

Conditioning: 5 Rounds

1 Minute Wallballs

1 Minute Kettlebell Swings

1 Minute Bike

1 Minute Rest
