Strength: Intro to split jerk

 

15:00 to cover position and execution of the split jerk. All reps taken should have a pause in the split position before recovering or moving the feet.

Coaches notes: this is grace split up with double unders. This workout should be a relatively short time domain workout compared to Tuesday. Stay constantly moving.
