  2. 3 split jerks
  3. 1 squat clean and jerk

 

Strength: Clean (squat) and Jerk

 

  1. 10:00 to cover positions/technique for clean and jerk.

 

  1. 10:00 to build to moderate set of 2 squats cleans + 2 jerks

 

Conditioning:

Min 1: 100 ft sled push or sled drag (sled should be light enough that athlete finishes with 15-20 seconds of rest before starting next min)

Min 2: 50ft weighted walking lunge (40/30 in each hand, down by side)

Min 3: 13/10 cal assault bike

Min 4: 20 Air Squats

Min 5: Rest
