  3. single leg glute bridge 10/leg


Strength: Clean and Jerk


20:00 to establish a heavy (1+1) in the Clean and Jerk. Clean should be a squat clean from here on out unless specified as Power Clean

Odd: 30 secs of push up, 30 secs rest
