Mobility/Activation:

  1. 20/each slam ball chest pass with partner for distance
  2. 10 empty bar bench press

Strength: Bench Press

 

Warm Ups: 40% x 10 50% x 10

Working Sets: 60% x 8 65% x 8 70% x AMRAP

*use working sets by feel if needed. RPE 6. Use this as a guide

for the AMRAP set (goal is 12)
