Mobility/Activation:

1.) accumulate 1:00 on each leg couch stretch

2a.) 2x 5 goblet squats @ 55X2

2b.) 2x 5 unweighted squat jumps

 

Strength: Back Squat

 

4 sets of 5 @ 70%

 

Keep rest to 2 min or under. Focus on driving up quickly from the bottom and staying balanced throughout all the reps.
