Strength: Intro to Overhead Squat

 

– discuss lifting technique and positions and perform 5 sets of 3 using same tempo (33X1)

 

Conditioning:

2018 CrossFit Games Regionals Event 4

For time:
2 rounds of:
10 snatches, 175 / 125 lb.
12 bar facing burpees
Then, 2 rounds of:
10 snatches, 115 / 75 lb.
12 bar facing burpees

 

C: as written

P: 135/95, 95/65

F: 95/65, 65/45

 

Burpees must be to new standard, two feet back and two feet up, must also be bar facing with two foot take off to count as C or P.

 

If athlete is only using the bar with no bumpers, snatches are from the hang position
